The self contained shifter assembly bolts directly to the transmission ensuring every component from the gated shifter plate to the shifter turret operate as one cohesive unit, preventing rattles and any misalignment.

During the prototype phase, Griffin kindly put the Gated Shifter kit through some light drift testing to ensure the shifter would hold up under the subsequent driveline torture of a prepped drift/street car.
